Taurean - don't get my hopes up with the thought of a non-chucker lol. I was bad as a baby, as was DH. DH's sis was apparently the worst in their family and my DD was apparently way worse than that. Can I really hope to go from one extreme to the other? I'll take your advice though and only buy a few bibs to begin with. I was always so jealous of bubs who didn't always have their outfits covered with bibs.

i had to buy heaps of bibs for #2 (chucker), but hardly used them for #1. you might be ok with #2.

i bought a totally overpriced sophie giraffe for #2, on a day when i felt bad for him only getting hand me downs. and i missed out with #1 when every other kid had one.

    So far I have purchased:

    - A craddle and new mattress (borrowed one last time)
    - Bedding for the above
    - MCN's (used sposies last time)
    - 0000 clothes (borrowed them last time and DD was wearing them for about 4 weeks)
    - New stroller with capsule (DD is starting school next year & I thought this would be the easiest way to carry bubs)
    - Some more muslin wraps - DD was a winter baby so I had heavier blankets
    - Some wall decals
    - Nappy bag - the one I had for DD the zip broke
    - Bibs
    - I want a sling but haven't purchased yet

I've kept alot of DD stuff & if this baby is a girl then I won't need to buy much at all.

Love the idea of different winter and summer wardrobes. Don't you need jumpers for all the family all year round? I have jumpers, bodysuits, trousers and sleepsuits in all sizes. There were days when Liebs needed them all. Then the next day it was a nappy with a muslin cloth over him in the pushchair (too hot for a wrap). And it's coooooold at night. Baking hot day today, jumpers ce soir.

Just a carseat (wasn't even for DD2, got DD1 a new one and DD2 got DD1's) and a couple of new baby carriers.

LOL! It could happen, you might just get lucky!

DD1 had silent reflux and only threw up a handful of times onto a bib or spew rag, she wasn't chucky at all. I recall thinking why bibs were made so small when babies didn't need them until they started solids and then they needed really big ones! DD2 arrived and I got it, lol. And man was I thankful for all of those tiny bibs!
