What's the difference between these 2 books

Apart from the title of course.

Both books are by Dr Miriam Stoppard, both latest editions published in 2009:

"New Pregnancy and Birth"
And
"Conception, Pregnancy and Birth"

Both say the've got info from pre-conception to the early baby stages.

So, where is the difference and which one do I want? (I'm pre-conception currently, if that helps)

Are they published for different countries?

Not sure, i've seen both in my local bookshop.

I had the second one, from memory I think it had more week-by-week stuff & photos than the other did. You could look at the previews on a site like amazon to compare.
