    Wink When buying a stroller

Make sure you check it can lay fully down and sit up in a comfortable but restrained position.

We bought a fancy $700 three wheeler only to discover there was no strap between the legs so once my son could sit up (5months old) he would slide down into the zipped up section...
Lucky the extra add on was there to catch him. Now we cant use it. What a waste of cash

Really? There was no 5 point safety harness? I'd personally email the company. As far as I know it doesn't meet the Australian standard without the 5 point harness. Prams, car seats, capsules & high chairs all need them. DS's bike has one! lol
I would be asking for my money back.

im with these ladies. I worked in a baby shop and all strollers, prams and car seats need to have the 5 point harness to meet the australian safety standards i would be emailing the company or better yet get on the phone and get an answer. Its not right especially if your baby is falling out the bottom.

Definetely! There's no way they should be selling that!
Get onto them tomorrow. The phone call would probably be a better idea. You could even take it back to where you bought it I'm sure, but as a customer, you would usually get a better response contacting them direct.

Can you take it into the shop you bought it from & ask them where the 5 point harness is? I'm pretty sure it would be a fault & not made that way.

    Good luck
