    Red face White furniture

I am planning on buying DD new bedroom furniture this year as we are moving to a new house. I expect I will give all of her beautiful dark wood furniture to next bubs. Mackenzie will still stay in her cot for awhile but we can still buy the bed and save it for later.

I'm thinking of getting white - cause it's so nice but does anyone have any good place they went to to get a good deal. I want good quality but not to pay $3000 for a bedroom suite (which is what a friend paid!!!!). I would be looking for a bed (possibly with trundle), bed side table and set of draws (tall boy).

    Thanks!

we have white for DD and i love it!!! the most expensive thing is the chest of drawers so we got a some flat pack from ikea, slightly diffferent white, but who cares. we got the bed, trundle and bedside table from snooze and it cost $1050 the matress was around $300? cant really remember!!
im fussy too as i wanted a bed with a foot and nothing decorative on it, like cut outs in teh head IYKWIM

Have you tried Freedom or Adairs Kids? They have both stores in Whitehorse Road, Mitcham/Nunawading or Essendon DFO?

I'd agree with previous posters that Ikea might have what you're looking for. We bought a white toddler bed from there before xmas, and I'm pretty sure they had other matching furniture.

I'd definately suggest Ikea as well. We got our DD a Boori cot, but then got the remainder of her furniture, chest of drawers etc from Ikea. Good prices & the white furniture looks decent.
