    Who has a Trolley Cover?

Who has a trolley cover? I 'm waiting for a Trolley Monster to arrive..can't wait!! Anyway, my question - How often do you guys wash your cover? After every shopping trip? on a weekly/fortnightly basis? Or when it's dirty/ you feel it needs a wash?

I don't have a trolley cover, but I've sold a few! I don't think you'd need to wash it after every use because your bub is only going to be touching the clean part that doesn't touch the trolley IYKWIM. Just chuck it in the wash if it gets spills on it or if it starts to get dirt on it

I hate to think of what germs are on those shopping trolleys *shudder*.

I have one and used it for DS when he was really young - for comfort and hygiene.

I didn't wash it much because he didn't eat while he was sitting in it, and the bit that touches the trolley didn't touch him. Probably washed it every couple of months - if that.

I have one and must admit that I love it. I only wash it when it gets dirty. So with Liv that's pretty much every time, LOL!!

    Hi Nic,
Yep I've got one I love it, especially at the moment as ds is not happy to it in his pram, only in the trolley

I actually on just washed mine the first time the other day after 3 months of use It was pretty grotty.

ETA- Hoobley- soft fabric cover that sits in the seat on trolleys... Hmm maybe someone else can explain it a bit better?

I bought one for my last and I wish I had had one all along.. I haven't washed mine hadn't even thought about it really. It only gets used occasionally.. Maybe once a month.. sometimes more.. Just depends..

Olivia doesn't eat or drink in it though..

I do I do!! I loooove it!!!! We use it everytime we go shopping. It's so cute and pink and everyone stares at us when we use it LOL Dp will refuse to use it if im not tehre cause he reckons he looks gay! But at least ava doesnt chew on the icky trolleys and she looks cute as hell in her "pimped out" trolley. I tend to wash mine after we go shopping cause it's still been on the gross trolley lol but maybe thats me and im just completely anal

I had a Clean shopper for DS and it was great, heaps of people stopped me to ask where I got it form, luckily our local chemist imports them from the US.

Yes, I have one and love it!! I actually use it more than the pram!! I have a babybanz trooleysnug. It actually also converts to fit on the baby capsule part of trolleys also. Although, I had a normal capsule and never needed it for that - but a good idea though!! Def worth the $50 I paid!!!

Bx- I actually use it more for comfort than germs... those metal trolley seats look very uncomfortable for little legs and bums...

Wow, I never really thought about it. I have had it for a few months and only washed it when it needed it i.e. when there is bikkie or avocado sandwich smeared all over it or something. I dont mind the germ factor too much - good for their little immune systems.

Hehe I never thought about it either - only once it's dirty really. I love my trolley cover - it personalises the shopping experience and it makes me feel better that DS is comfy and clean (apart from all the biscuit he smears all over his face!!)

Yes- I have one. They are great- more for comfort than anything. I'm not that concerned about the germ factor- there are germs in the air, and it is the exposure to these things which build their immune system anyways...
So far I have used it 3 times and it is yet to be washed. Great for holding things like water bottles etc next to them too.
