OPKs after m/c?? hcg is zero n 2 '+' OPKs??

hey does anyone kno when its reliable to start using OPKs after a m/c??

i had no hcg in my system cos the baby had been dead 3wks...
i didnt think LH was present except before triggering the egg's release, but i aint sure if a m/c could affect it.
i done 2 OPKs last nite n both super strong positives but is it possible id ovulate a day after my D&C?? we had sex anyway but im just very confused as to whether it could b a false positive? it says it cant b on the instructions but i dono.....

can anyone help?? dr said i could ovulate straight away cos the 3wks since the baby stopped developing and cos i aint bleeding after the D&C.... but i still just dont hav a clue........

n my temp is up to 37 instead of the usual 36.4 degrees it normally is....... it doesnt usually get this high til just before ovulation....

any ideas???

its a good sign u are "o" seeming u m/c so early im sure this is a good possiblity..
