Confursed. RE: OPK test (used confirm). Please help.

Hi,

A couple of questions re: OPT, I used the confirm brand:
1) Why can't you used the FMU to test (unlike pregnancy tests). Is there a better time during the day to test?
2) The info leaflet said, if a faint 2nd line shows, this means no LH surge as it has to been the same or darker than the control line. Does this mean the LH might be coming but not strong enough to show in the urine yet?
3) Why then would the lighter second line come up if it is negative? Shouldn't it show nothing.

Sorry, if this has been answered on another thread. But I am so confused.

I did a OPT this afternoon, and it came out with the a darker Test line - we BD last night and then we will continue tommorrow (tmi sorry). Lets hope I do ovulate (as still waiting for AF to arrive from d & C 8 weeks and 5 days ago). Touch wood...so to speak that I do and then get a BFP (heres crossing my fingers)
