just wondering i have tested with forlife tests, the ones you buy 3 in a box for $7.95 from priceline
everyone has given me a faint line however i am not sure if they are evap lines or not, they come up right at the 10 minute mark, i have done 5 tests now, woould it be possible to get 5 evap lines even if they are the same brand, also some are fainter than others.
I agree - a line is a line. My first positive with this pregnancy was barely visible but by the next day it was darker. Sometimes though it can take several days for it to go darker.

Just wanted to ask basically the same question...I know Im making everyone repeat themselves but I'm finding it a bit hard to believe.
Ive has a screwed up cycle, so I didn't think anything would happen this month.
Ive done a few tests in the last week...most have been a flat out one line and theres no question...I ejected the cartridges out of the digital one on sunday after doing 2 tests (one digital, one foretel), the digital showed 2 lines but one was VERY faint, and I was told they always show 2, but the digital one determines if its dark enough to be a positive.
Anyway, left it a couple of days, and tested today (not FMU though) with a Confirm Early PG test and about 4 minutes after testing, a second line appeared, much lighter than the control, but still visible at arms length...AF due sunday...
Trying to hold it together long enough to test tomorrow morning but do you think theres any chance I can start getting excited yet?

Babywrangler I think you can get excited. A line is a line. Some ladies get a line so faint that they have to hold the test at a specific angle to see it but it gets darker and darker each day. Good luck with your next test and fingers crossed you have two dark lines staring back at you.

hmm if my tests arrive in the mail today, I might do one as soon as they get here, just to see if they show up a stringer line....Im so excited I wanna cry...I don't want to get excited until after AF is actually due, cause I'm sure the dream is gonna end!
I don't want to be a downer, but wit Fortel i had problems using them a while ago, i got a line when i wasn't pregnant, i have also read here others withthe same problems. Can you test tomorrow with a different brand?
I used a pregnow test this morning and there was the faintest line - you could just make it out - its only been 6.5 days, my Doc wanted me to get early tests and test as soon as possible because of some medication I am on - she does not want to stop it until I am preg - peoples posts about the faint line have given me some hope..... I will wait a few more days and test again.
I hope I am but I dont want to get too excited and be upset
Tried another test yesterday Assurance plus- it was meant to be an early extra sensitive one - it came up BFN BUT when I read the pack although its an early one its a 25mui - where I got the really faint can barely see it line with the pregnow - my lullaby conceptions test came today - hoping I get a good result with it - now I have to decide to do it tomorrow morning or Saturday. In the past few days I have been feeling lousy - sore back, legs etc.... feel sick first thing in the morning and am very burpy etc (I usually am not and am never like that with PMT either) I had a really weird cycle this month. My period was 3 weeks late and we had not begun TTC so I knew it was nothing exciting. Who knows what will happen this time - I would so love a BFP but I am thinking I could not be that lucky to get one on the first try. I have not been on the pill or anything so maybe I could be lucky

Thanks so much Sweetpea - hope your babydust helps - plus I had a ladybug fly right onto the car door handle as I was about to open it yesterday - another good luck sign I hope as thats when I was going out to buy the other test!
