OPK's & Night shift

Hi everyone,
I'm such a noivce when it comes to OPK's so I need some help . I am due start night shifts on Friday night just as I'm coming into my possible fertile period.
I am really confused as to when I should do my OPK test to get the best result. The instructions say to test between 10am-8pm and not to use FMU. 2pm is the ideal time.
That I understand but when should I test when doing nights? I'm asleep during the day and my technically my first wee will be in the afternoon. Will my body stay on it's usual routine?
So do I still test at 2pm or do I test overnight when I'm awake?
I'm so confused, LOL!!
