Baby or no baby (may be TMI for some)

I have heavy, sore and tingly brests with very sensitive nipples (which are not normally so), cramping in my lower abdomen, an almost complete loss of appetite (i was forced to eat and just kept it down), my cervix (which is usually hard and round no matter my cycle) has gone all soft and spongy, I had weird brown spotting for a day and rarely get af but when i do it is always heavy, i have a pile that has become very aggitated in the last two days, my sleeping pattern is completely screwed and i cant really sleep, when i do get sleep i still feel exhausted, I have gotten a huge acne breakout and got my first nose bleed in over a year.

Could this be pregnancy?
What else could it be?

Sound like you could be pg. Have you done a HPT?

I done a hpt and it came up a faint possitive (12 days after ), one at the docs the same day that came up negative, another 2 days after that which showed slight positive and another one last night that came up negative.

I have no idea about my ovulation patterns because I rarely get af and still havnt so i know that m/c is not yet a problem.

I got my results back from the docs and got a ( <2 ) and was told that most of my symptoms are most probably due to one or more of my cysts (i have pcos) becoming to large and giving off doses of hCG which is also why I get some neg and some pos. I wasn't to bummed (because I thought there was still time) until I was told that if the scan shows up that my ovaries are as bad as expected there is nothing they can do to save them. BUT on the bright side there may still be a couple of eggs left or the docs are wrong and I'll be ok ...they were wrong with DS. All I can do now is hope and pray
