Any advise is greatly appreciated. I have +OPT Saturday and Sunday. Now Monday (yesterday) and today they are negative. I have had no temp rise yet and very minimal CM. 2days ago I had a small small amount of EWCM when checking cervixs position which has never being high. I'd say its soft and medium for the last few days. So have I O yet or am I about to? Or is it a cycle with no O? Today for the first time this cycle I have had a bit of O pain this morning.

Last month the exact same thing happened. I had +OPT Friday and Sat. By sun and mon they were negative and then Tuesday my temp went up. I had more CM last cycle then this cycle.

My midwifery text books one shows O occuring after the LH surge has gone down again and the other shows O to occur at the LH peak. So I am wondering Did I O when my OPT were +++ or do you after the LH surge is on the decline which means I should be about to and expect a temp rise tomorrow. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
