OPK and temp rise in same day, opinions?

Hi, my temp went up this morning and I got a positive OPK at lunctime today (first one ever, woohoo!)

Did another OPK this afternoon (different brand) and the line was fainter, which leads me to think the surge has, well, surged.

Anyone care to take a look at my chart and tell me if you think I will O tonight or tomorrow? O was CD16 last cycle, but I have O'ed earlier in the past.

I tired putting in a bogus temp for tomorrow and FF gives me a dotted coverline for Thursday. Personally I think I O'd yesterday, after the +ve OPK (but hopefully not before DH & I BD'd last night).

Would really really love an opinion from someone....

I think FF would have given you Thursday because of the big spike yesterday. I notice it's not a solid dot, did you take your temperature late? My feeling is that you ovulated Thursday night/Friday morning. By the looks of it, you have the BD situation covered! Good luck, Sally! Hope has happened and that you get a this cycle

Thanks for replying Kerry! The reason the dot isn't solid is that I put it as sleep deprived as I was disturbed while I was taking my temperature (kids came in to snuggle, I tried not to move too much when they were getting in and didn't speak, but it may have affected the temp nonetheless).

Had a bit temp jump this morning, so I know O has definitely happened. The main reason I think I O'd Friday is the +OPK and the amount of quality EWCM I had when I checked on Friday evening. I've had EWCM after O before but never that much or that quality.

I know it doesn't matter when because we have all bases covered, I just want to know!!

Taking another look at your chart with today's temperature and adding what you've said about the ewcm, Friday/Saturday sounds closer to pinpointing O. See what the next couple of days do! What happens if you take out that you were sleep deprived? My fingers and toes are crossed for you, Sally!

Kerry, I get the same dotted coverline. If I discard that temp altogether, I lose the coverline altogether, and presumably will get one tomorrow.

Updated - got my temp this morning and tried discarding the high Friday emp, it still gave me the dotted coverline for Thursday.
