Positive opk but CP doesn't match?

Pretty much my question is as the title says.
I got a positive opk this afternoon but my cervix positive is high medium/firm and pretty sure it is closed.
But last night it was soft high and open. Have I missed my window? I thought lh spikes and then you ovulate? We didn't get a chance to DTD in the last few nights so hoping I haven't missed my chance.
Any thoughts?

I had no luck using OPK's but your interpretation is what mine was. I'd DTD over the next few days JIC. GL

I don't check CP, so can't help you with that. LH is supposed to peak approx 24 hours before O. Since you may not get the exact pack of the LH with your OPK, you may O between 12-36 hours after the +OPK. Hopefully your CP today will indicate O to match up with your OPK.
