Yes you can definitely get positives for a couple of days. The LH surge that the OPK is detecting registers when the hormone level is on the way up to the peak of the surge, at the peak and on the way down. I usually get positive results for 2 days - but its only that very first one that counts as far as timing ovulation.
Everything I've read says that O happens 12-36 hrs after the surge is first detected (regardless of how long it is detected for). So If you first detected the surge Sat 4pm then you could expect to O somewhere between Sun 4am and Sunday 10pm. The egg is then available for fertilization for about 24 hrs after that. So you could still be in with a shot!
