Has anyone ever found the Oracle OPKs really don't go as dark as the control?
I have used these before and found if there is no LH there just bluntly is- no second line, but I have come to take it that if there is a second line-there is a line, because it is so definate when there is not.
I am at CD12 and just picked up the second line, I have been testing at 3pm every day since CD10 and today is the first + I have seen. Tested again at 8pm an it was still there.
Would that just mean I am close to Ov at CD12? Im due to Ov tomorrow 25th or Friday 26th. Going to DTD 2morrow. My OPKs have never been as dark as the control, but dark enough to see.
My second line was always faint. As each day went by the line got slightly darker but I don't think it was ever the same as the control line. I just got a blood test (for both pregnancies) to confirm what I already knew :-)
Same here, I only ever got dark positives with exxy OPKs - the Oracle ones usually went to half the strength of the control.
Mejane, do you get other signs that O is approaching - like changes in cervical mucus, twinges/pain or temp drop? Might need to look for these in combo with using OPKs...ignore me if I'm telling you how to suck eggs (or should I say, pop eggs!).
If you got a positive today it should be close - back to the bedroom!
Yep everything is all on track, CM has gone from cloudy to EW but not yet all that stretchy. Plus today I have discovered when I get the abdo burn its the hormone change. Its just bizaree!!
