BFN 10dpo, but feeling really hot and weird??!!

Hi, I am new to this site (joined today in search of an answer).
I am on CD28 and am 10dpo. I have had spotting, which i normally get before AF. However this time is different because i am incredibly hot. My temps look normal (i think), but i feel like having an ice bath for the first time ever. No amount of air conditioning is cooling me down. I tested this morning - BFN. Any ideas or similar situations? Please help.

I haven't experienced hot flushes whilst in the tww, so I can't answer why that would be. 10dpo might be still too early to test - depending on when you O. You said you take your temps - have you had a drop in temp to suggest AF is on her way?

Thanks for the reply. This is the first month of having hot flashes - they arent flashes rather than me feeling very hot all day long (started last night), despite sitting underneath the air con vent at work all day today. So this is rather unusual.

For the temps, it dropped down 8dpo from 36.7 to 36.2 and is now heading back upwards and is at 36.5 (my highest this month has been 36.7). This is the first month that I have been doing the bbt chart on fertility friend.

I still get really hot where the air con doesnt keep me cool. 10 dpo might be a bit too early to test yet, I tested 4 days before AF was due and got a BFN, 5 days later I got a BFP

I was REALLY hot for the first few days too, its a bit annoying because no matter what you do you cant get cool enough!

haha! I was adamant I was UTD even though the first tests came in neg because it feels like my core temperature is really warm and I can't cool down. DP tried to touch the a/c remote last night and I swore at him. IT'S MINE!

Grats on your BFP hun! I was going to post "take a test, I think you're UTD" until I read you were! Hope you have a H&H 9 months
