    short LP early HPT??

So I was just thinking about how apparently I usually have a fairly short lueteal phase and have gotten early bfp's for all my pgs like between 8 & 10dpo (except dd2 I didn't test til 14dpo). Does anyone have any idea if you're likely to implant earlier if you have a short LP or have I just been blessed to have very sticky bubbies so far??

I don't think it matters how long your Lp is... Mine s about 11 days and I have never gotten an ultra early bfp.

Yeah that's kinda what I figured just thought it may be a possibility... Maybe wishful thinking haha. It just drives me crazy during the tww even though my wait is never actually a whole two weeks! :-)

    Hi Mrsbaj,
I have a VERY short LP (8 days max) and my 3 positive tests have been 8 or 9 dpo. My theory is, it is only in the months that the embies fertilise and want to implant early that those of us with short LPs will have a chance of getting a BFP. If we get an embie that wants to implant later, AF will start before it can implant! Just my theory Also, if your LP is short enough to be a problem, you can go on progesterone treatment - but you have a great track record so probably don't need it at all

Hi mich8, sorry only just saw your reply! But yeah it makes sense. I wish I had paid attention to my cycles before having babies coz I really have no idea if my LP was 'normal' then and is only short now because I've always been BFing so hormones could be outa whack causing it. Yes I do have what u call a good track record but I certainly don't take that for granted and think its always gonna be that way! :-)
