+OPK TEST 3 days in a row

Hi everbody, just wondering what it could mean to get 3 pos ovulation tests in a row? todays was darker than all the others, darker than the control line. the other 2 i did were just as dark as the control line. im confused. I just want to know when im Ovulating

Get to it!!! dtd that it. I always got at least 3 + OPKs and I always waited until the line was darker than the control. Are you temping and checking your cervix? I found both these methods plus the OPKs really helped. gl

If the test line is as dark / darker than the control line, it means you're going to O in the 24-48 hours (I think that's the timeframe) so keep gettin' busy for the next couple of days!

All OPK's have a certain concentration of LH they are trying to detect, and in most women, their LH is surging if it is above that concentration.

For you it appears your LH concentration when surging is higher than most, so your line is even darker than the control at the height of the surge.

If I were you, I would record it as positive all days it was darker than the control, but pay close attention to the day it is darkest compared to the control, as that is the highest LH concentration and should pinpoint the height of your surge.

In other words, I'd expect to O 24-26 hours after the darkest test.

Some women never get test lines darker than the control, but after they learn their bodies, they mark their OPK as positive when they get the darkest line for the month (perhaps their LH concentration during surge is slightly less than the particular brand of OPK is testing for).

If you are using very sensitive tests (20 miu?) then maybe switch to a 25 miu, I had to do that as well because the internet cheapies were too sensitive and I got 3 days in a row as well.

I have just done another OPK and its positive! I rang my OB and she is ringing me back this afternoon. God, i hope i've ovulated! Is it possible to get 4 in a row and not ovulate?
Im getting really now! I just wanted it to work so badly... Its frustrating, i should be 24wks pg now.

That's OK, I've been down this very frustrating path before . I'd keep BD'ing, make it fun . Go for a midnight drive or something :LOL:.

Hope you caught it this month honey... I'm testing this month for ovulation too... What day did you start testing?

Last month I got one positive but skipped testing a day and we missed it so goodluck for this month.....

I too would be 22 weeks this week. Sux but we have to soldier on to get that BFP! Fingers crossed....
