Pregnancy rituals

Does anyone know of any pregnancy rituals that i could do? Like to promote growth, health, goodluck etc.

The only one I can think of right now off the top of my head is.

To grow a plant from seed into a seedling then to pot it and tend to it everyday as though your nuturing a child. Talk to it everyday as though your giving kind words to a child.
