Even a referral to a Paed will put you in the right direction. We did this with DS1 last year cos he was acting out and the Paed will just do a full analysis then probably refer you onto another specialist. We were told it's all about teaching the child how to deal with there frustrations which will be hard for your DD age, but at least it's a start.
