    Talking Thank you!

Thank you to Shel, who has really stepped up.

    This week she:
    - has tried settling Jazz every night
    - got up (a week and a bit ago) When Jazz woke at 9pm and sat with her until midnight
    - got up last week when Jazz woke at 1am, and sat up with her until 4am (when Jazz went back to sleep) and slept with her in the spare room
    - on that night, I also got to sleep in until 7am!
    - has been working with me consistantly to get this routine to work
    - she also has been getting up at night, even though I send her back to bed on a work night!

AND each night she does the massage and hair brush part of our routine while I have a shower.

    THANK YOU SHEL!

Last night I made her sleep in the spare room to give her a break and a night of sleeping through, but she ended up waking up each time (3 times) anyway (mummy instinct I guess as Jazz wasn't noisy last night!).

It's really making me feel more together, especially this week.

I think so too Rouge, she's definitely been more 'into' it. Maybe because Jazz has started toddling, and she took her first few steps to Shel first, kind of boosted her mummy confidence?

It's about time. I'm glad that she's finally helping and being the partner you need and the mum that Jazz needs. I hope that this is a sign of a good future together now.

That is great news. I am glad that you are working better as a couple. You may find Jazz will tune it to that, and in turn, be a more settled bub

Just saw this and wanted to say HORRAY and YIPPEE for you and Shell.
I have seen bits and bobs of your threads and know that this is a massive thing for you so I'm hoping Shell is still helping in the sleep department?
