iron supplements for toddler

Hi,
My 22mo has been prescribed an oral iron supplement, 10ml/day (equivalent to 60mg of iron). Our clinic gave us the 'Ferro-liquid' brand and he hates it, as in has a screaming tantrum and spits most of it out anyway then takes a good half hour to calm down. Is there another brand which he might prefer? I know he hates Panadol but loves Dymadon, so I thought a different flavour might solve our problem.
Our diet is very good and his iron's not low enough to warrant injections, so I really just need to work out how to get the liquid iron into him.

I used a liquid iron supplement while pregnant from a health food store and it was called "flora-something". It tasted a bit like honey... Hope you find something that he will take!

I just rang a pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist, it seems the brand we have is a prescription medicine and it's the only one there is. The dosage is much higher than the over the counter brands - to get the same dosage from the others I'd have to give him half the bottle!
My son gets a little bit of orange juice after the iron because vitamin C helps absorption, so I might try putting the iron in the juice. He sometimes refuses the juice but that might improve if he's not all worked up from having to take the iron.

I'd look at seeing a naturopath they might have a better one available.
