    Who is this man!

DH didn't know ANY nursery rhymes. Before dd was born I bought him a nursery rhyme book. "What do it need that for?!"

So there I am finishing up in the shower and I hear "Insy Winsy Spider..."

Things dads do when they have kids...he's gone to mush lol.

So much for him thinking he'll never learn them

What has your DH/DP changed with the arrival of bubs?

Naw cute! DH knows loads of nursery rhymes now, DD makes him go through her favorites on an endless loop when he is bathing her

He has certainly turned mushy since DD came along. So many ways he's still his old boyish juvenile self with silly jokes and mucking around (i don't wanna know half the stuff he and the boys get up to at work!) but when it comes to her he's the perfect Daddy. He goes completely soft at her expressions and giggles, the way she holds her arms up and says "Dadda", and how she follows him everywhere, copying his actions and the way he walks and talks. It's a real privilege to see them together

DH has certainly become proficient in nursary rhymes and wiggles songs (more than me in that case) since DD was born. He has definitely become more mushy and much more of a kid person (before he wouldn't look twice at others' kids or babies). He is certainly getting good at putting up with girly pink things too

DP makes up his own songs, and names the toys. He's also learning some of the songs from giggle and hoot.

My personal favourite is 'teddy bear's picnic' and DP enjoys it when I sing that as well lol

    Who is this man!

DP hates reading and insisted he would never read to our DD.

One time he left the monitor on by mistake while he was doing the bedtime routine and I realized why she always wants him to do it. He reads to her like he is on playschool! He puts me to shame!

This from a guy who has never read a novel and only reads car magazines lol
