I am trying to organise DD2 Christening and wanted to get a rough idea as to why people get catering.

Is it for the convienience of having it all there ready?

Is it to save Money?

I am still unsure if catering is a cheaper option.

We are expecting about 50 people and it will not be anything fancy but still a nice sit down lunch.

Thanks to anyone who has any answers for me. So far this Christening has been a nightmare to organise, and it is all just doing my head in.
