Where can I buy a sponge cake for DS's 1st birthday?

I'm not much of a cook and TBH I dont really have the time, so a bought one it is.

I want one that's fresh and fluffy, none of that gross fake cream and not too exxy. I'm thinking a truck theme would be good or car.
