    coconut rice in the rice cooker??

    is it ok to do this? do i use the same amount of liquid as i would if i used just water?

    I remember it saying in the book that come with the cooker that if you use milk it would burn so Ive never tried but Ill be checking back to see if it works cause that would be awesome.

    Yep. I add a bit of ginger, coconut cream and if i need to make up more liquid i use water. I find rinsing the rice first makes better rice.

    I add the normal amount of water, and then add coconut cream additional to that.

    We also love it with a tablespoon of tomato paste, and some flaked almonds. Deeeeeeeeeelicious.

    How much coconut cream? I've not made coconut rice but I love it!!!!
