AF has returned, do I stop the mini pill now and go back to the normal pill?

DD is 13 months and I am still BF morning and night. Af decided to return last week and I am still taking the mini pill.

Just not sure whether I should keep taking the mini pill or now go and get a script for my usual pill? I know it dries your milk up but I am trying to wean her morning feed and just do a night time feed for maybe another month then stop completley. she shows no sign of wanting to wean herself!!!!

Any input would be great!

If you want to keep breastfeeding my understanding was that the only safe pill to take was the mini pill? So wean her first them go onto the normal pill once you have stopped bfing.

Agree with black rose, re staying on the mini pill until she is weaned. However I would be very diligent in taking the mini pill at the same time etc, just incase a little egg slips out.
