    Late AF and Pill Q

    Hey,
I have been on the pill now for about 6mths. I ALWAYS get AF (breakthrough) on day 3 of being on the sugar pill, and I will get symptoms on day 2. Well today is day 4 of being on the sugar pill, and I dont have AF, and I also feel no signs or symptoms of it coming either.
Also (this might be TMI) yesterday (day 3) I went to the loo and there was a really big glob of CM, which is exactly what I had the day my AF was due when I found out I was PG.

WDYT? I know I should prob take a test, and I plan on it...but just wanting to know your opinions and maybe stories?

Hmmm... i would definately be off to get a test. Sounds to me like you may be UTD! That kind of blob could be from the plug forming.....

It is weird being your on the pill, cause as far as i know, the ONLY reason when on the pill as to why you skip a "bleed" , as its not a real period, is if your pregnant..... and has been that way for me in the past!

Good luck... let us know when you test!

Well prior to having DD, I was on the pill for about 2 years, and hadnt ever missed a pill, which is why im so worried, coz its never happened.
I think ill hold off a few days before testing, just to be sure.

I have had a late or delayed period when on the Pill but only ever a day or two later than expected.

A friend of mine got pg on the Pill, not sure if there was any antibiotics/missed pill in her situation

Hmm still no sign of AF.
But Ive been thinking, the previous cycle was my first time on a new brand of pill, that the doc put me on to help with my skin. Could that maybe be something to do with it?

Absolutely! It might be taking longer to get out of your system - or alternatively it may not have been strong enough to stop your ovulation??? How many days late are you now?
