morning after pill?

Hi all,
Last week I had to have the morning after pill....I was suprised that i could just go and get it over the counter at the chemist. Last time I had the morning after pill was about 8 yrs ago! And I needed a script from the dr for it.
Anyway my question is - How long after you take the morning after pill do you get your period?
When i had the morning after pill 8yrs ago, I remember getting my period the next day.
Its been a week since ive had the morning after pill now and Im starting to worry coz no period yet. Do I have reasons to be concerned?

When I took it about 4 or 5 yrs ago my period was the next day or two. Maybe call the nurse on call?

It may come at the normal time or sooner, its not a set time. Mine was about a week, it was a week early anyway. Of course if it's late perhaps speak to your GP.

I took the morning after pill a week and one day ago, I have today started bleeding. Is this a withdrawl bleed or a true period??? does any one know please!

I have taken it before. I got my period on time, or thereabouts. I have only taken it once.
