Question When to start taking microlut?

    Hi all

my GP has prescribed me microlut but didn't tell me when to start taking it. I know the packaging says to start on day 1 of the cycle, but I am breastfeeding and don't have cycles! When do you start it then?

lol The little panphlet inside the box said to ask the doctor about when to start if you are breastfeeding. Oh well I have a gynae appointment in a couple of weeks, might have to wait till then.

I hadn't started getting AF again when I started with microlut so I could start taking it straight away and it is apparently effective straight away. I started taking it around 6 months after birth, wasn't convinced that BF alone was enough protection for us as we were not ready at that stage for another lil one.
