Blood Clot under Placenta

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this and how their pregnancy went.

I had a bleed at 13 weeks ultrasound showed low lying placenta and pool of blood underneath. I just had my Dr's appt and she explained the it is a blood clot and that it may or may not be absorbed into the placenta. I have become a bit concerned as I have been lifting my 2 year old in and out of the car, doing housework etc. Should I really reduce the heavy lifting until 20 weeks.

I haven't had any further bleeding since the 20 weeks, but after yesterdays appointment I'm a bit more concerned again.
