Hi guys. I moved from Rockhampton in January. I didn't really find any BB mums in Rocky itself but I did meet a group of awesome mums that meet Tuesdays and then some meet at the PCYC playgroup on Thursdays. I really really miss them. They were so encompassing. It was the thing I loved most about Rocky. Anyway if either of you are on facebook they have a group on their now and I can give you the link if you pm me.

hello all,

i am living in gracemere, (we lived in rocky for 2 years)

i have 2 young children a 2.5 year old boy and a 4 month old boy.

i have always worked full time (from when our oldest son was 6 weeks old, i was working in childcare so i had him with me) i stopped working when our youngest was born 6 weeks early!.

unfortunately i had a bad experience at the community health new babies group ( i was 20 years old and probably about 10 years younger than all the other mums who had their little clicky groups) i was the odd one out not just because of my age but due to the fact that my partner was not a miner.
due to this i have not felt comfortable going to groups such as this again.

i would like to meet other mums (of any age and with however many children and of any age) as i am going a little stir-crazy at home.

if there is anyone who would like to meet up for a chat or if you know any groups where the woman are not judgmental about age etc could you please let me know
