Hi, l am hoping someone may be able to help me....

One of our friends has recently taken her son home to Geelong after 6 months in hospital. He is just over 6 months old (3 months corrected - born at 28 weeks) and spent a number of weeks in the Mercy & Children's Hospitals.

She has been placed in a mother's group (by the local council?) but her son is the oldest and the other children range between 3 - 8 weeks. She was hoping to meet some other mums with children closer to her little boys age?? Does anyone know of a local group with children around 6 months of age that she could join?? Or even if there are any mums with children around that age that would like to meet up for coffee etc, as the friends she has down there all have children 2years+.

Any help would be really appreciated....
