Simone Monkey g's is in Paeknham near the train station, it would be about a 5 min walk.
Sammi i don't think i will be able to come
-
We are taking the big girls horse riding, and the liitlies are being babysat, so wont be able to make it.
-
Sorry Sammi, already got plans that day. Have fun!
-
If I didn't have to work, I would be there. I should have checked BB last time when we were going to meet at the park as we didn't do anything. Monkey G's is good maybe on a weekend if you are ever going and we will join you.
-
The boys need a play and as I was taking them I thought I'd put the invite out there. No dramas.
-
I wish I could come but I'm working. BUMMER
-
Bugger....I'd come and keep you company Sammi J But I am having my hair "done" (coloured) and all that stuff for my wedding. I havent had my hair cut or anything since January 12 last year so thought I'd better have a trial run to make sure I like it first!!!
-
Sorry i have been a stranger lately girls!! Itis a fight around here to get on the computer between me and my brothers etc.
Not much happening around here though, getting ready for my move out to rowville, almost counting sleeps!!
I hope we can all manage a cathc up soon!
-
Hi gals! Hope you don't mind a 'newie' crashing the thread!
My name is Nic, and I have just joined BellyBelly!
My hubby, daughter and I moved to Pakenham 4 weeks ago. We are currently renting a tiny house in Lakeside while we are building our dream home!
Alex is almost 20 months, and I am currently going MAAAAAAD! I miss my old (bigger) house and I am going stir crazy! Would love to meet other mums in the area......I don't know anyone here (used to live in Mornington).
Thanks! :)
-
Hi AJ's mum, welcome to BB.
-
Hi AJ's mum, welcome to Pakenham, I think i know what type of house your living in, is it a 3 bedroom cottage? My mum used to live in one of those and it was tiny.
How do you like pakenham?
-
Thanks Kate and kmh!
Yes, that is the exact one! We have one bedroom full of boxes, and they will stay there until we move again into our brand new house! Oh well, should be over in 7-8 months or so!
I like Pakky. I used to live in Bunyip about 11 years ago with my parents, but moved in with DH in Somerville. We then moved to Mornington. I actually used to work in Pakenham from 1990-1997 (that is where I met DH! He was my boss :P) So I feel like I have 'come home', although it has changed a bit since then!
-
Hi AJ'sMum! Another Pakky girl :D
-
Hi to the newbies :D
Well I really want to take Jonah to paint a plate soon so if anyone wants to come with you're more than welcome and maybe we can have coffee afterwards or something??
Sammi- Was it you that suggested doing the plate painting ages ago? I went looking in the archives but couldn't find the one that that was in. If it was you can you give me all the details? Thank you my lovely :D
-
Gee I'm starting to feel like the odd one out that doesn't live in Pakenham!!
-
I don't live in Pakenham, neither does Wardygirl, Kate or Cailin :D
-
I don't live in Pakenham either. I would love to come plate painting with you Bec, pick a date and time and I will check my diary...gotta a couple of things to attend to with IVF and the impending wedding but am mostly free.
-
Nope, I live probably the furtherest at the other end to Kate. I live in Bayswater. It's usually 40 minutes drive to wherever we meet - which is OK, cause I choose to attend, so it's my choice to drive or not.
where do you live Sarah?
-
I'm in Narre Warren South
-
Kate it took us an hour to get to your place, but as I said, I really didn't notice it cause I know the road cause of the inlaws live a bit further along. I also have to drive 40 mins to get to my mums.
-
Ok so I'm not the only one not in Pakenham. But there sure seems to be alot of girls in Pakenham. When is the next meet? I didn't join a mothers group so I am keen to join this group instead.
-
hey guys, i have finished work! So I am a SAHM in the training now :)
Its a long long drive for me, but if its not a hot day, I'd love to join you one day--although I wont have Junior with me for a while yet...
-
Bec the plate painting was at Robert Gordon.
Maybe waiting till after the school holidays would be a good idea because I'm sure it would be busy. We'd have to let them know in advance we were coming too JIC they have others booked in for the day.
-
Danni - how exciting finishing up work already! What were you doing?
I am also not in pakky - I am in blackburn at the moment and moving to rowville next month.
Kim- Where are you? I havent seen you around here for a while.
-
I was doing a 2 month temp assignment for centrelink and now I cant be bothered finding any more work! :)
-
Sammi- i have done the plate painting before when Madison was 11 months old, so a long time ago.
when is the next meet up? I would love to go.
-
kmh, I can't remember if we even have a new meet planned. Do we? Anyone?
-
Oooooh good point Sammi, when do they go back?
-
End of jan, start of feb?? not too sure...
-
they go back on the 30th Jan. much more peaceful around the traps then LOL
-
Woooooooooooo fab, well maybe we can go the day that they go back then? Is anyone ok with that? I mean I'm going to go regardless but if others want to come I will organise it for the numbers, just put your name down.
-
I will come, I went once before but Madison was too young to do anything, anyday expect a wed and thurs would be good.
-
Viv doesn't go back until the 31st, which is the Wednesday. So could we either do it Thurs 1st, Fri 2nd or the following week?
-
Thurs is better for me. And the following week I will be in Sydney so I can't go then but if you all wanted to go then that's fine :)
-
I will be in for the plate painting. Thursdays would also suit me better.
-
So then the Thursday after the kids go back to school then? What time would be good for everyone? 11am?
-
Sorry guys my preppy will be doing her transition stage at school so she'll only be going till 12:30 so I won't be able to do much till she's a full time prep :)
*hugs*
Cailin
-
It's in Pakenham Kate.
Poo Cai :( When is she a full time Preppy? How cute she will be in her uniform.
-
-
Wow, Cai, I can't believe Paris is starting school. It's a tumultous time for the emotions. The excitement of you baby growing up. The sadness of losing your baby as she's growing up. I bet she's so ready for it and can't wait. How are you feeling about it?
Where abouts is the plate painting?
Kate, Blake sleeps one sleep in the middle of the day, so I know what you mean about early or late!
