Anna~ I was recently looking at photographers to do pics off the kids and in most off the places galleries they had preggy pics and they were so gorgeouse :D im deff getting em done next time, so my suggestio is too google townsville photographers and view galleries and see who u think does the best work and go from there, but off the top off my head Portraits To Go, does nice ones! Good Luck and let me us no who you go with :).

I get really peeved with the bread here. I buy a supposedly 'fresh' loaf and within a day its stale and mouldy. Drives me nuts as we eat alot of bread.
oh i know its terrible i bought 2 loafs the other day and they were mouldy a day later...stupid humidity it kills everything! we have taken to freezing our bread take it out as we need it..only i didnt the other day cause freezer full of fish ..YUKK!!
Oh ladies does anyone know of a good place to get nails done, im not looking for now but when i get back.....doesnt have o be a popular place even someone at home etc.....

I have no idea about nails Shauna but I would definately recommend getting gel vs acrylic. Ive been meaning to get mine done (esp my toenails) for ages. I'll let you know if I find anywhere decent.
Hmm might have to start freezing our bread. Or buy a breadmaker lol
Shauna- I heard that nail place in K-Mart is good. Haven't been there myself but thats just what I heard.
Anna - Have you seen the Friends of the Birth Centre calendar for 2009? The woman who took all the photos in that does pregnancy and birth photography. Her name is Grier Camac. You preview the calander on the Friends of the Birth Centre Townsville website.
Tanya - Yeh there is a group that does meet on Thursdays aswell but I was hoping some of the Belly Belly ladies would like to meet up aswell. Esp since I can't make it to the Friday meets anymore.
I have seen the calendar Sara but I didnt realise she did photography for any old person, she does great work so I'll give her a buzz!
Id love to come thursday but I cant. Would love to catch up with you all soon though, maybe an alternate day to thurs or friday?
Shauna~ the place in k-mart i think its called nail lovers do a nice job thats were i normally go and my mum goes there all the time they also do lovely nail art and i think they charge $50 for a full set off acrylics!

We are off to Melbourne on Wednesday and tomorrow is going to be a flurry of packing etc.

I agree bout the fruit and veges here. I have no ends of trouble as I like to only go to the sjops once a week, but if you dont eat the fresh fruit and veg in a few days it is rotten!! And bread - I freeze mine also.

Shauna, I get waxing done from a great lady Lyn, (very clean room) who works from a room in her house, I have been going to her for 2 years after being recommended her by a friend who has been going to her for almost 10 years!!! :dance: She actually lives in the estate opp you, so maybe 5 min tops. Her numbers are: 47 232 917 or 0408 182 120. She is also very cheap, $25 for an almost Brazilian wax, I was paying $45 in town. Anyhoo, I highly recommend her.

She does a great job (I wouldn't still be going as its a delicate area, wouldn't want to muck around there :lol:) The :lady: who recommended her to me, got her arms, legs, moe hehe, and a wax for around $70. It might have gone up a bit since (and she went to Lyn when she worked from a salon) so she got a good rate, but I've always found her affordable and professional... phew, can you tell Im bored with no one to talk to bla bla bla haha:

Thanks heaps Cayce. Its hard to find someone who can do a good wax job for cheap. Esp with Brazillians. Some places are charging up around $60.
The last place I went to, down in Rocky, did an awesome job and was only $47. She was very particular which I really liked.

aw since ive bought it ive had a few problems nothing major but a little scary, id taken Russ out to sth tvll to look at a house and half way home the handbreak light came on and was beeping at me but the hand break was off and i pretty much loss most breaks the moment i got home it stopped! Dad pulled both back wheels off it to check bracks but all seemed fine i just got home from ultra-tune then hooked it up to the computer and a heap off codes came up, they have cleared them now and dont no why they came it, apperantly the computers go stupid sometimes...so thank god for that!!:pray:

I have to go to motor reg when DH's credit card arrives. We need to transfer the Daewoo's rego before we can sell it. I hope that doesnt cost too much!! we also have to pay back my parents. I hope we can sell it fast so we can pay off some debts! I think DH will hit the roof when he finds out what I want to spend money on though. I want to pay off the baby stuff and then just have the one debt apart from the cars.

Sorry I haven't been on in forever (You probably think its a ghost typing lol)! Have been busy with wedding stuff & life in general! I was actually going to skip Nicks swimming lesson this morning and come to Lollipops but its sounds like it was lucky I didn't!! :)
That gastro sounds awful, Nick just spewed 3 times in a row (I took him to Lollipops Wednesday & they promised they hadn't had any kids there with it!) so I'm hoping he just swallowed alot of water in the shower with Dad, pray for me! It'd be the last thing I need as I leave for Newcastle (wedding location) on Monday 24th November, if you guys are going to Lollipops I will come next Friday to say 'cherrio' coz I won't be back til about the 3rd January.

Ali~ yeh its a little scary, when i first got my car i was driving in peek hr traffic with my 2 in the back and our friends daughter also and my car kinda stahled in the middle off the road i lost all control no breaks steering exeleration nothing was ****ing scary! Thank god for hand breaks LoL :lol:

I would be buying a new car if I was you Tanya. That is so dangerous. If you want to borrow the Daewoo, you are welcome to it, it is just sitting in my back yard doing nothing and has just had all the repairs done, to get the road worthy certificate. It has a few weeks rego left on it before we have to transfer it over. We had the windows tinted and it does have a cargo barrier and all the car seat bolts are fitted.

All is good here its been a busy weekend here mum and dad have been doing some renos on the house and my cousin who's a painter has been here all weekend along with my brother and his son, and i felt like ive driven around the world so nice to have stopped and be enjoying a nice cold glass off wine :D Kids are great Indys down and just waiting on Xav now! They had there photo taken with Santa today i cant beleive he was already in the shops omg :o :lol:..

Anyhoo we leave for Perth in just under 3weeks...so exciting yet daunting at the same time, thats like 5000km/4-5days with 2 kids sitting in a car ARGH!!! hehe all good though plenty of stops to break it up some.
