thread: 1st Time pregnancy

    Wink 1st Time pregnancy

    Hi everyone, I was an active member on here about a year ago when my hubby and I first started TTC. We did this for 6 months before deciding that the timing wasn't right and we would revisit it later. I went off the pill a few days after Christmas, got my period around the 26th of December. I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant!! The home pregnancy tests (2 different brands) were very faint, and I went to the doctors, the doctors preg test was very faint too. She did an internal exam while she was getting a pap smear and said it all looked like I was pregnant. I did another home one today and it was very quick to come up positive!! She thinks I concieved about 2 weeks ago, so does that make me 2 weeks or 5 weeks preg LOL I'm not sure if they go from conception date or LMP??

    You can calculate your due date at that link above, as you just got off the pill i assumed a 28 day cycle and got an EDD of 1st Oct for you, that makes you 5 weeks and 4 days.     Pregnancy is calculated from LMP, so 5 weeks pregnant! congrats!

    Hi Ladies

    Was looking for the forum I wrote in on Friday and cant find it, I think you're in the same one Cheshire?? I'm due aroun 9th Oct11.
    Went to the doctors again today to get my bt back and sure enough its confirmed that I'm utd! YAY
