Wow, that's great news, how exciting for you all. Emelia will be a great big sister. I am sending you blue vibes.

If you want some tips for being pg with a toddler (or nearly toddler) there's a thread in family life/parenting. The first trimester can be very tiring but it definitely gets easier, and if you ask me, it's well worth it. All the very best with the pg.
