Hello friends clear me.
When ever we have sex and the sperm is released almost every thing comes out. If all the released sperms come out how can a women become pregnant. Is there any way to stop the sperm to come out. Any body clear me this.
As this is worrying me that is the reason we are not able to make it.

The majority of the sperm does come back out very soon after DTD. Because there are so many million sperm in the semen you would be surprised how many actually stay in and go to where they are suppose to go. You can also help them get there in larger numbers and quicker by elevated your bottom after sex for 30mins. I actually would DTD late at night and go to sleep for a while and I think that helped staying flat so they can't run back out as quickly. GL have you tried using OPT and taking your temp, checking your CM to help you pin point the best time to DTD?
