Well, I introduced myself, but thought I'd better drop a line here to......
Just like everyone else in this thread, I am happy to say we're pregnant due 25 February 2008
Hubby & I only started thinking about having a baby after my darling little niece was born last year. She has given us much joy and happiness. Its amazing how your life can turnaround.
In mid May, I visited my GP to see what I should be doing in preparation for pregnancy. I have several medical complications (asthma & HBP) firstly to see if its possible to have a baby and secondly how the medical profession would deal with the complications.
The doctor told me that because of my age (i'm 38& Hubby is 36), I should start TTC.
Well no more than two weeks later I was back at the docs telling her we were pregnant! We certainly didnt expect it to happen so quickly and it was a huge shock to us both.
Its a strange feeling, almost surreal, but we're both very happy..We feel very blessed for it to have happened in such a short amount of time given I have been on deprovera for 9 years.....Its almost a miracle
that is wonderful news! wishing you both a happy and healthy pregnancy. (it's very nice of you to provide your niece with a cousin around her own age )
