Oh My God Im Pregnant!!!!!!

As a result of my 3rd IVF with Dr Gronow( combined with chinese herbs and 3 weeks of acupuncture Dr Lee) I am finaly pregnant

So far had 2 blood test

n the 28th of december and a repeat one on the 31th( decided to have a second one....just to make sure everything okay) Both results were okay ..( 104 and 280)
The due date is 4th of September( 9 days before my 45th Birthday

)

Wow that is great news . Is great to hear that our age little ones are possiable, i am thinking of going there soon , i have to see someone about the over 40 thing first , you have given me hope.

We are not getting married till april and plan to start trying then, i hope i do not have a loss as i dont have much time.

Congratulation for your marriage...april is just around the corner.
Unfortunately @our ages time is not our friend when comes to conception!
Just prepare your body in the main time.Lead a healty stress free life as much as possible.Before this 3rd IVF of mine I did a 10 day "Blackmore" detox...since did not drink any coffe tea or any soft drink containing caffeine.Had minimum 2litre of water. And religiously took my "Elevit" and folate tablets.

Can you please tell me a bit what is involved with accupuncture as I am thinking of going to see an accupuncturist? Would you recommend Dr Lee.

Acupuncture is quite a complex procedure...and I did quite a bit a reserch on the net before taking the treatment.
It's also very important to be comfortable with the doctor .
The treatment is different for the weeks before conception ( to improve egg quality)and after( to support the pregnancy)
I had 6-8 needles inserted each time and the lenght of the tratment is about 1 hour each day.Pritty painless and once you resting on the bed for one hour is very relaxing time.
Of course due to my age we expecting miracles....and acupuncture won't work without the IVF drugs.(Gonal F and Lucrin injection)
I am also taking chinese herbs 3 times a day.

Yes I definitely would recomend DR Lee.
