    please be a fighter!

So as some of you may have seen in previous posts, We have recently been going through a long drawn out miscarriage after deciding to start TTC when our DS turned 1. I weaned my DS as I did not ovulate at all during our breastfeeding journey and also need Clomid to stimulate ovulation. We were lucky enough to concieve our first month after weaning our DS and I was thrilled! fast track to 6wks3days and i started to miscarry and continued to do so over easter break. I was devastated.

This was then complicated with two weeks later discovering I had only partially miscarried and still had some sac inside me. I took misoprostol which i dont beleive worked, but by then my body had started absorbing what was left and my HCG was back down to negative after four weeks from when we first started miscarrying. I took clomid again and had a scan two weeks later to show NOTHING had been happening. my Dr suggested just taking some time to wait for my body to get back to normal. I was again pretty upset for having to wait for who knows how long!

But to my pleasant surprise my period came just two days later! So started my third round of clomid in six weeks! BUT i am happy to say that i have just taken a HPT at 12 DPO and it is !! I am so excited and sooo scared at the same time!

This was our second miscarriage (we had one prior to having our DS back in 2011) so we are not telling anyone including family until we can have a scan at 6-7 weeks as i just dont want to dissappoint everyone if something was to happen. But at the same time i want it to Count and to be acknowledged so i am sharing it with my BB community!!

okay for now i am going to until a few more weeks time.

Thanks everyone. ive been reading from the sidelines in the TTC thread.. i didnt want to put alot of pressure on us for this cycle. Now i just have to wait till Thursday to get a blood test (which is when AF is due) seems like forever away... dont know HOW i am going to get through the next nine months if two days feel like a lifetime!
