I recently read another thread about itchy nipples - have a look in 2nd trimester & general discussions (sorry, I don't know how to link). From memory, the creams suggested were bepanthen and paw-paw ointment.

Yep...that was what my 'morning' sickness was like...

Felt like a combination of jet lag and a hangover...and I never vomited, either!

I found that the only thing that helped was to make sure that I didn't get too tired or too hungry...if I missed a meal (even by an hour or so), it got worse...

The other thing that made it worse (but couldn't be avoided) was driving in the car!

Thankfully it all cleared up fairly quickly...

    Wishing you all the best!

I had awfully itchy nipples during my whole pregnancy, and I didn't find anything that REALLY helped, although I would put damp facecloths on them, and it did provide a bit of relief. I think mine were quite an extreme case though.

I had morning sickness from before my BFP through until some point in the 2nd trimester, and it was good & proper vomitting, so I can't help with the sea sickness feeling
