11 weeks and bleeding. :-(

Im 11 weeks pregnant. At 7 weeks i had a brown discharge. And then disappeared. Now i have been having a bright red discharge with tiny blood clots everytime i wipe since friday morning. I went to see my midwife. And she advised me to go in to hospital if i start bleeding heavily. Dont know what to do. Plz help! xx

*hugs* bleeding is so extremely scary during pregnancy.... I would suggest going to the hospital to get checked out

I had bleeding 3 times during my last pregnancy from 10 weeks till almost 19 weeks.... At almost 19 weeks I had a bright red bleed with a few clots but they could never tell me why (the u/s showed the blood wasn't caused or had anything to do with the baby)

Yeah, I'd ask for an ultrasound to see what's going on? I had bleeding with all 3 of my pregnancies, the most recent pregnancy, went for two weeks around the 8 week mark. Turned out all fine, but they never did work out why. I think until you see the bub on screen with a heartbeat, it's always a bit of a stress wondering what's going on.

Get pushy if this is what you need to, for peace of mind. Hope all is ok
