I'm 10 weeks and 1 day pregnant. My morning sickness is easing off now and I'm not so tired. My (.)(.) aren't so sore, but my nipples are still very sensitive to touch/sore.
I feel like me appetite is changing back to normal now as I've previously been off so much food due to nausea.
Is this all normal for anyone only 10 weeks along? I guess without such obvious symptoms, I start to worry!
Bindy,
Usually coming into the second trimester symtoms (especially m/s) do start to vanish. If you are concerned in any way contact your ob or dr and arrange an ultrasound to put your mind at ease. Unfortunatly for me I was 11 weeks when I noticed my symptoms started to vanish but I was also spotting and had other symptoms when I miscarried. So from what you are describing it sounds like everything is normal!
Enjoy your pregnancy!
With each pregnancy areound the 10 week mark I notice a reduction in my symptoms. You are almost at your 12 week mark - which some people think is the *magicaal* time to stop getting nausea - however it's common to happen before or after then as well.
If you are worried it's a good idea to get checked out - however, it's highly likely that for this pregnancy the nausea is over!
Hi Bindy,
I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and although my m/s hasn't stopped altogether, it's definitely getting better. My bbs aren't as sore and my appetite is getting better as well so sounds like we're in a similar situation!
Hope that helps you feel a little better
My m/s stopped about 9 weeks. Quite a few in my belly group found their's stopped at 10-11 weeks. It's hard not to worry huh? But I'm sure everything is ok. It's normal for m/s to die down at the end of 1st trimester (thankfully!!!). I've had an ultrasound (at 11 weeks) & blood tests (at 13 weeks), just to check everything is ok - and the resounding response is - everything is fine (ie. chill out!!).
Now I'm waiting for the 2nd trimester energy burst that is supposed to be coming though... (hehe).
Yes, although I didn't suffer from morning sickness, I did have some moments of feeling queasy and going off certain foods, I also had a metallic taste in my mouth, and felt really really tired in the first trimester.
Once the first 12 weeks passed, and I headed into the second trimester, my taste and appetite came back again, and I felt more energetic than I had for a long time.
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy, sounds like you're doing fine so far!
