    Unhappy Bleeding after Transvaginal ultrasound

    Morning girls,
I'm pregnant with my 3rd and its the first even internal ultrasound ive had. Now im bleeding and getting slight cramps as well. I'm wondering if anyone else has bleed or been tender after an internal ultrasound. I'm getting really worried.
Thanks in advance for your responses

Sorry babe, I have had two "dildocam" ultasounds with this pregnancy and didn't have any bleeding at all. Hopefully it is all OK and what you're feeling are just normal "settling" pains. Fingers crossed for a happy bubs!!

    lol love the name.

coz its my 3rd my sis (whos had 8 kids) thinks i might just have a sensetive cervix so the ultrasound irritated it.
I really hope thats all it is.

i had the same thing i ended up m/c i hope its not the case for you thou! i was told it wasnt the u/s even thou scan didnt pick up any bleeds or anything else. im pg again and will try and avoid an internal u/s i dont want to risk this one. might be sensitivity of the cervix or vaginal walls, you can have bleeds fro their casue hormone levels make it sensitive. if you are worried or bleeding or cramping get worse go to er or your doctor better to be safe than sorry. i wish you all the best xxxxx and a healthy bubba!

    Aww hun

I have had a lot of internals with this pregnancy (more than 10 already), I am on them fortnightly atm and was on them less than weekly early on in the pregnancy. I had bleeds and cramping but not with each one, the last couple I haven't had any crmaping or bleeding which is really good. I completely understand how scary it can be. It has depended on who the sonographer is and how long they have needed to scan for, but my OB is more gentle I guess than the Male Sonographer the other Female Sonographer I had at two different high risk US places, who would do them quite regularly.....

Rest up and take it easy and thinking of you xxoo
