Booking into hospital?

Hi, I'm new here and currently TTC and have a question regarding booking myself in once I find out I'm pregnant at Cabrini Hospital. Can I book in once I do a home pregnancy test and its positive, or do I have to go to the GP first? If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

You will need a referral from your GP/Ob or your Ob may do it all for you - mine organised all the bookings as soon as I booked in for my pregnancy care.

Thank you very much for letting me know - i wasn't sure how you go about booking at Cabrini, all I knew was that it is very hard to get in, so you have to book very early.

No probs - are you booked in with your Ob? You can always ring them and ask that they book you in asap as you don't want to miss out on a spot!
