sore nipple:(

Hi ladies

The last couple of days my left nipple has been slightly sore
its like a " poking it with a needle" sort of feeling
kinda hard to explain.
Does anyone know what it could possibly be?
Its quite uncomfortable and only in the left one.

Hi ambz,
It could just be your body getting ready to breast feed I know my nipples have been very sore over the past 2 days, PG does strange things to our bodies but might be worth ringing your midwife or ob just to be safe.
