    Cravings

How do you know if the food you are craving is actually ok to eat?

I'm currently craving a snickers bar really bad but then I remember reading somewhere that you shouldn't eat peanuts, is this true? Does that mean that I just have to put up with this peanut craving I have even though it's driving me nuts (pardon the pun)

I don't think there is a history of nut allergies but I read that eating nuts during pregnancy can increase the risk of the child having a nut allergy.

I think the years gone by when not as much was known, women ate and drank what they liked and majority of the time the bub's came out fine. Now there's all these rules and you can't do this and you can't do that. It's a bit annoying.
