WEll I'm on top of the world at the moment. just had first ob appointment and he said that after seeing the results of u/s from last week (hb 120 bpm) he was very happy and said I only had 5% chance of miscarriage. He said the bleeding was quite common and unless it continued for another 2-3 weeks I didn't have to have another u/s till the 12th week. I know I still have a chance of m/c but a VERY little one so I'm rapt. Thanks for everyone's support and I'll keep you updated. My ob was very nice by the way - my mind is at ease!

Jordie thats great! You must feel a weight has been lifted. Apparently if there is a good heart beat at 8 weeks there is a 90% chance everything will be fine. I hope you have a good pregnancy.
