ooo...look, I made me a ticker!!!

Basically, my vital signs were ok (blood pressure, temperature etc.) so I was not really considered as an emergency. They were giving me pain killers which were doing nothing and I was in so much pain that I threw them up anyway!! It was very annoying. It was about 8pm on a weeknight and the waiting room was full of people with sprained ankles (from midweek sporting endeavours) and they were all sitting around chatting and laughing and all of them were going in before me!!! It seemed crazy!!! Oh well....not a pleasant experience, but an experience all the same. We decided it would have been better if we had called an ambulance, then you go in straight away no matter what. Live and learn huh!! I didn't know I was pregnant at the time because I had had a period, but that may have been bleeding from the ectopic (although they never were able to explain it properly). I would have been about 6-7 weeks when it happened.
